About Our Classes
Our classes have been designed to provide you with a wealth of knowledge from our team of industry experts. Our Executive Chef Laszlo Gyorki runs our cooking classes while our resident Mixologist and Sommelier Adam Fenwick runs all beverage, etiquette and wine related courses.
Classes are kept intimate with a maximum of eight people for cooking classes and 25 to 30 for beverage and wine related classes. This is to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to get their hands dirty and take part.
We have held classes on desserts, poultry, seafood, wine, cocktails and many others and provide you with an apron, hat, recipes and translation for all classes in English and Chinese to ensure that anyone can attend.
