Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are kept to small intimate groups of 6 to 8 people therefore numbers are always limited for each class so it is always good to get in early. All classes are held by Executive Chef Laszlo Gyorki with a trained Chinese chef to provide translation for our Chinese guests. We hold at least one cooking classes per month and keep them different and interesting to take part in.

Cocktail Classes

Cocktail classes are held by our resident mixologist Adam Fenwick and ensure that you are ready for your next cocktail dinner at home. All classes incorporate a theme such as creamy or sweet or in turn may use a specific ingredient such as rum or vodka. We try to keep the classes interesting and exciting so numbers are kept to a maximum of 16 paired guests who are encouraged to compete for various prizes such as bottles of spirits and cocktail equipment.

Wine Experience Classes

Adam Fenwick runs wine experience classes with several different wine suppliers across Beijing. We provide a selection of different wines for you to sample and go through the regions and styles of the wines in addition to also providing some scientific details and how to match the wines with food. You then also have the opportunity to buy these wines through our retail wine store at heavily discounted prices.

Other Classes

Additionally from time to time we also arrange several other different types of classes including flower arranging and etiquette classes. In the future we will also bring in guest chefs and professional bartenders to teach you some close held secrets from various restaurants and bars both in Beijing and around the world.
